Flame

You can do this.

It may be difficult.

It may be scary.

It may be tiring

But no one has what you have.

No one knows the fire you hold inside.

May it burn brighter than the darkness before you

And may you never forget to fan the flame.

Reflection

As you stare in the mirror

I hope you think of me

The one with imagination and a future of possibilities

The child inside

Begs and pleads

For someone to believe in them

For someone to believe in me

May you know you are, you can and you will

May that one word guide you through the doubts, along the valleys and up the hills

Confidence

And may it be

A reflection of everything you want your inner child to believe and receive.

You are

Capable. Smart. Kind. Beautiful. Wonderful. Mastermind. Exciting. Intriguing. Ethereal. It’s true. No one has or could ever measure up to beautiful you.

You will

If you wonder if you can rise above your mistakes. If you wonder if you’ll make a name for yourself. If you wonder how. If you wonder when. If you wonder, just remember and repeat two words: “I will.”

You can

Strong enough to make a change, strong enough to make a plan, strong enough to take your place and strong enough to understand that doubts are fuel to propel you forward and fears are meant for overcoming more. Even if you don’t think it’s true: you can.
