An open letter to my husband

Dear husband,

I see you. I see the long, hard hours you put in at work for our little family. I see the way you push through for us.

I don’t often tell you enough how much that truly means to me.

I don’t hug you enough or spend enough time telling you how much I treasure you. Some of it gets lost in the daily grind and routines of bath times and naps, dirty diapers and dirty baby bottles piling up in the sink.

Sometimes I let my emotions spill over and pour out in ways that aren’t the most appealing. Sometimes I nag about the little things when I should be complimenting you about the big ones.

But, I wanted to tell you now while I have a moment what I should in every moment I’m blessed to do life with you.

I wanted to etch this truth into the web forever.

I love you more than the moments of frustration. I love you more than the mistakes of the past. I love you more than I can say or express.

Husband, I love you deeply. I love you dearly. I will love you beyond my last breath.
