God is with us even in our unraveling

He is with us in our unraveling.

Sometimes in someone’s time of need they don’t need a sermon or scripture but a simple reminder that they are not alone, they are in your prayers and that God is with them!

Dear Reader,  consider this your reminder.

I want you to know I started my day feeling like I was unraveling. Messy house. Lack of rest. Things piling up personally and professionally. (You didn’t even get to see my crazy hair before I grabbed a can of mousse and pivoted to a new crazy hairstyle). We carry so much as mamas, as wives, women and even individuals. And sometimes it does feel overwhelming.

But, God promises to be with us. To hold our hand. And to even go before us!

It’s OK to feel your feelings and not have it all together. Someone told me a long time ago that facts remain even when feelings come and go.

As a matter of fact, God hasn’t stopped His work! And He is always with us. Right here in this moment. And in every moment to come.

Here’s scripture as a bonus:

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.

    Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you and help you.

    I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
